Shipping*
In-stock merchandise will ship within 1-2 business days of reciept of an order with payment and will ship via the customer's chosen shipping method. If the particular product is not in stock the customer will be informed of this and has the option of being put on back order or placing an advanced order.
Once an order has been placed and the order has been billed and has been shipped, due to the nature of this product returns or exchanges are not allowed. So be sure that when you place the order you are sure that it is the pattern you want.
Back and/or Advance Order items will ship as quickly as the stock in question arrives to AG Products' warehouse. The orders will then ship via the customers chosen method of shipping selected at the time of ordering.
Insurance:
All shipped orders will be insured with the minimum insurance offered by the carrier at the time of shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of order.
Shipping Damages:
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods you receive immediately upon receipt for damage. If any goods are damaged in shipment, it will be your responsibility to issue a claim with the carrier.
AG Products will help where it can with the claim but we can not gaurantee the claim will be settled.
Refusal of Package upon Delivery:
If you refuse delivery of your order you will be responsible for all shipping charges to the agreed upon ship to address and the return address of AG Products' warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta.
